Our customers and brokers should be able to contact us the way that they want to. We want to be easy to deal with. That means being available and responsive both online and offline.

 

Our claims lines are open 24/7 and if you need to make a claim you’ll be given direct access to one of our specialist claims handlers, who will keep you updated on progress. We’ll work quickly and will deal with your claim fairly.
